Payment of fees

As per the registration form, there is a monthly payment for each player of £25. This payment covers the cost of training at the University of Kent and matches. The fees also cover costs for kit and equipment for all of the teams.

It is essential that you support the club by meeting your obligations to pay your monthly fees on time. This ensures that the club has sufficient funds to cover all outgoings and also minimises the additional work required by club officials. Failure to pay these fees, coupled with failure to contact the club to provide an explanation, may result in your child being suspended from training and ineligible for team selection until all arrears are cleared.

We are mindful however, that financial situations can sometimes change for families. Please be aware that the club can be approached, via your team manager or the club’s welfare officers, if you find yourself unable to pay the monthly fee. We do have some funds available to offer support, if appropriate.

FA Matchday App

The Football Association is doing a good job of developing technology to make grassroots football easier to organise. Central to this is their Matchday app, which we require everyone to download. It will show you all your upcoming fixtures, allow you to update your team manager on your availability, and perhaps most importantly, makes payments to the club incredibly easy.
