Do you want to enjoy football at a gentler pace? Walking football is ideal for anyone who wants to stay active and have fun but in a non-contact and low-impact version of the game. With no running, jogging or heading – and tackling with reduced physical contact – Walking Football is a fun and safe way for players to enjoy football and socialise together.

Join our friendly mixed sessions for men and women aged 40+. All abilities are welcome. Speak to your GP first if you have any underlying health conditions.

£5 per session. Bring water and wear suitable footwear (trainers or astros, no studs).

Mondays 7pm at Simon Langton Girls School Sports Hall.
